ROCKSTORY
"( IN EXTREMO BIOGRAPHY)"
"In Extremo (Latin for At the Edge) is a German Medieval metal band originating from Berlin. The band's musical style combines metal with Medieval traditional songs, blending the sound of the standard rock/metal instruments with historical instruments. Versions of well-known traditional/Medieval ballads make up the main part of their repertoire, but the band has written an increasing share of original material in recent years. In Extremo began as two projects: a nameless, purely Medieval band, and a rock band. On 11 April 1995, during the recording for that year's season, Michael Rhein found the project name "In Extremo". Most of the band members perform under stage names and the current line up consists of Michael Robert Rhein Marco Ernst-Felix Zorzytzky,Kay Lutter, André Strugala, Sebastian Oliver Lange,Florian Speckardt. The cross-pollination from groups such as Corvus Corax and Bathory, encouraged In Extremo in 1995 to attempt to start a band combining bagpipes and other traditional instruments with rock guitars. In August 1996, they began work on the first In Extremo album, which already contained two tracks of the new rock project. Because the album had no official name, it became known as Gold because of the golden cover. In February 1997, the single "Der Galgen" ("The Gallows"), quickly sold out in Medieval markets. In Extremo played separately as a Medieval band and a rock band, until on 29 March 1997, when they played their first live rock concert. The two projects were officially merged on 11 January 1998. Over the years, the band's music became more heavy metal-based, while at the same time becoming increasingly commercially successful. The classical instruments, however – bagpipes, shawms and lutes – still play a large role. The band is likewise noted for their conspicuous stage costumes and known for using pyrotechnics in their concerts, including Der Morgenstern playing cymbals which have been set on fire. In February 2010 Der Morgenstern left the band and Florian Speckardt was announced as his replacement on drums. Since then, they have proceeded to release three albums: Sterneneisen, Kunstraub and Quid Pro Quo, all of which have reached the top 10 in the German charts, with Sterneneisen and Quid Pro Quo both having number 1 positions for a time. Their 13th album, Kompass zur Sonne, was scheduled to be released in May 2020, but was delayed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. "

"( MYLES KENNEDY BIOGRAPHY)"
"Myles Richard Bass was born on 27 November, 1969, known professionally as Myles Kennedy, and is an American singer, guitarist, and songwriter. He is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the rock band Alter Bridge and the lead vocalist in guitarist Slash's backing band, known as Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. A former guitar instructor from Spokane, Washington, Kennedy has worked as a session musician and songwriter, making both studio and live appearances with several artists, and has been involved with several projects throughout his career. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in Northern Idaho and Spokane, Kennedy attended Spokane Falls Community College to study music theory. He began his music career in 1990 as the lead guitarist of the instrumental jazz ensemble Cosmic Dust, with which he released one studio album. His second band, Citizen Swing, released two studio albums before disbanding in 1996. With fellow Citizen Swing member Craig Johnson, Kennedy founded the rock band The Mayfield Four, for which he provided lead vocals and guitar. The band released two studio albums and broke up in 2002. After declining an offer to audition as the lead vocalist of Velvet Revolver, he was asked to join Alter Bridge by Mark Tremonti in late 2003, formally joining in 2004, and he has been with the band ever since. He has released seven studio albums with Alter Bridge. While Alter Bridge was on tour in 2008, Kennedy and former members of Led Zeppelin met and improvised as a group in an informal jam session, but the band never fully materialized. He then started working with Slash, featuring on the guitarist's 2010 eponymous solo album on two tracks and later serving as Slash's vocalist on tour. In 2012, Kennedy filled in with short notice for Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose when Rose refused to show up for the band's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. With Slash, Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators have recorded four studio albums. Kennedy's debut solo album, Year of the Tiger, was released in 2018, and his second solo album, The Ides of March, was released in 2021. "

"( JEAN-MICHELLE JARRE BIOGRAPHY)"
"Jean-Michel André Jarre was born on 24 August 1948 and is a French composer, performer and record producer. He is a pioneer in the electronic, ambient and new-age genres, and is known for organizing outdoor spectacles featuring his music, accompanied by vast laser displays, large projections and fireworks. Jarre was raised in Lyon by his mother and grandparents and trained on the piano. From an early age, he was introduced to a variety of art forms, including street performers, jazz musicians and the artist Pierre Soulages. But his musical style was perhaps most heavily influenced by Pierre Schaeffer, a pioneer of musique concrète at the Groupe de Recherches Musicales. His first mainstream success was the 1976 album Oxygène. Recorded in a makeshift studio at his home, the album sold an estimated 18 million copies. Oxygène was followed in 1978 by Équinoxe, and in 1979, Jarre performed to a record-breaking audience of more than a million people at the Place de la Concorde, a record he has since broken three times. More albums were to follow, but his 1979 concert served as a blueprint for his future performances around the world. Several of his albums have been released to coincide with large-scale outdoor events. As of 2004, Jarre had sold an estimated 80 million albums and singles. He was the first Western musician officially invited to perform in the People's Republic of China and holds the world record for the largest-ever audience at an outdoor event for his Moscow concert on 6 September 1997, which was attended by 3.5 million people. "( SWEET & LYNCH BIOGRAPHY)"
"Based out of Boston, Massachusetts, seasoned hard rock unit Sweet & Lynch is built around the sizeable talents of two hard rock/metal legends, vocalist Michael Sweet (Stryper) and virtuosic guitar player George Lynch (Dokken, Lynch Mob). Melding a muscular sound with a spiritual message, they made their debut with 2015's Only to Rise, which was steeped in the big guitars and thunderous production that marked their work of the 1980s. The duo was hastened into existence by Frontiers Music president Serafino Perugino, who asked Sweet to lend his distinctive vocals to some sessions he was working on with Lynch. The studio project eventually morphed into a full-on entity with Sweet producing and co-writing songs with Lynch. Rounded out by another pair of classic hard rock veterans, bassist James LoMenzo (ex-Megadeth, White Lion, Black Label Society) and drummer Brian Tichy (ex-Whitesnake), the band issued their debut long-player, Only to Rise, in January 2015. While it only placed in the bottom half of the Top 200, it did hit number four on the Christian Albums chart, and placed inside the Top 20 on the U.S. Top Hard Rock Albums, U.S. Independent Albums, and U.S. Top Rock Albums charts. The band re-entered the studio, and in July 2017, the single "Promised Land" was released on the Internet to critical acclaim, along with the first of four documentary videos about the recording of their sophomore full-length. Entitled Unified, the album was released in November 2017. It charted at number 53 on the U.S. Top Current Albums chart and number 13 on the U.S. Current Rock Albums survey. Sweet & Lynch went on hiatus as the two leaders were occupied with other projects, but in 2022 they began mapping out plans for a third album. Working with Alessandro Del Vecchio, who produced the sessions in collaboration with Sweet as well as playing bass, 2023's Heart & Sacrifice also featured drummer Jelly Cardarelli, who'd previously worked with the bands Adagio, Disconnected, and Lalu. "( SALTATIO MORTIS BIOGRAPHY)"
"Saltatio Mortis is a German medieval metal group. The Latin name means "dance of death". It is an allusion to the DanCe Macabre, and a motto of the band is: "He who dances does not die." An intense live act with an elaborate stage show, medieval metal outfit Saltatio Mortis emerged in the early 2000s and led Germany's Middle Ages band -- or "Mittelalterband" -- movement by being one of the first groups to combine epic-scale rock songs with period instruments like lutes and bagpipes. Since debuting in 2001, the acclaimed group has landed three number one albums, including 2015's Zirkus Zeitgeist, which was certified gold. Saltatio Mortis was formed in 2000 near the German city of Mannheim, where they would busk dressed in Middle Ages attire. They made their debut on record a year later with the self-released Tavernakel. In 2002 they joined the international metal label Napalm, which reissued their debut along with their new album, Das Zweite Gesicht. Saltatio Mortis would go on to become one of the most prolific bands on the Mittelalterband scene, releasing six studio albums and three live sets between 2003 and 2012. In 2013 -- an especially successful year for the group -- they released the live recording Manufactum III in April, while in August the band issued a fresh studio effort, Das Schwarze Einmaleins, which became their first record to reach number one. 2015's Zirkus Zeitgeist fared even better, soaring to the top of the charts and achieving gold status -- Zirkus Zeitgeist: Ohne Strom und Stecker, an acoustic version of the record, was released later that year. In 2018 the group released Brot und Spiele, which became their third number one album, and in 2020 they issued Fur Immer Frei, their 16th full-length effort. "

"Burning Witches is a Swiss heavy/power metal band based in Brugg, Aargau. Romana Kalkuhl, rhythm guitarist with Atlas & Axis, had been looking for a cast for an all-female metal band for a long time and finally found the first cast with bassist Jeanine Grob, drummer Lala Frischknecht and singer Seraina Telli. In 2016, lead guitarist Alea Wyss completed the lineup. First came a self-titled single, which was also the band's first demo. This was voted "Demo of the Month" in both Rock Hard and Metal Hammer. In 2017, Burning Witches released their self-titled debut album in-house. The album reached number 73 in the Swiss album charts. Shortly after the release, Burning Witches began songwriting for their next album. On 14 February 2018, Nuclear Blast announced they had signed the band. In the meantime, Wyss was replaced by Sonia 'Anubis' Nusselder from the Netherlands. A tour as the opening act for Grave Digger followed. A first album trailer was released on 12 September 2018. Three digital singles followed. The album Hexenhammer was released on 9 November 2018. It is not a concept album in the strict sense, although the book of the same name plays a role in some songs. The album reached number 43 in the German album charts and number 21 in Switzerland. In June 2019, singer Seraina Telli left the band to pursue her own band, Dead Venus. She was succeeded by Dutch singer Laura Guldemond from the band Shadowrise. The album Dance with the Devil was released on 6 March 2020. Dance with the Devil entered the German and Swiss album charts at number 22 and 14 respectively. A few months later, Nusselder left the band after founding the death metal band Crypta with former Nervosa musicians Fernanda Lira and Luana Dametto. Larissa Ernst then took over as lead guitarist. On 4 December, the band released The Circle of Five EP before recording their fourth studio album, The Witch of the North. The album was released on 28 May 2021 and entered the German and Swiss album charts at number 16 and 6 respectively. In February 2022, the band signed a new record deal with the Austrian record label Napalm Records. Their first tour of the United States with The Iron Maidens occurred in 2022. BURNING WITCHES released their fifth studio album, "The Dark Tower", on May 5 2023. "

"WALLNER / VAIN was formed in LA by Will Wallner (current lead guitarist for White Wizzard) and female vocalist Vivien Vain when they met at the ‘passion for hard bands from the 70’s and 80’s. Will Wallner & Vivien Vain released their full length debut LP Rising in 2012. The Battle Of Clyst Heath was released two years later in 2014. It wasn't until 2021 that the duo released Prototype and soon after an EP of Thin Lizzy covers titled ‘The Legend Never Dies’ as a warm up before starting work on their new album ”Duel”. They teamed up with producer Chris Collier (Whitesnake, KXM, Lynch Mob) to obtain that classic hard rock sound, and succeeded on ”Duel”, as this is one of the best American classic hard rock ’80s sounding albums. It was important to Wallner that ”Duel” showcase the guitar in a way that was authentic to his heroes. Everything was recorded with a Les Paul through a vintage Marshall stack at concert volumes. There are no plugins, samples, or auto tune on Vain’s powerful, natural vocals. Songs like rocking ‘Johnny B. Bad’ (a song about a vagabond musician Wallner met in Hollywood), the groovy midpaced ‘Duel’, the riff-driven ‘Pay to Play’, the very ’80s ‘Deceive Her’, the melodic hard rocker ‘Into the Night’ – all are strong hard rockers . WALLNER / VAIN delivers well-crafted, killer ’80s-style rockers with an excellent production by Collier, with a sound ranging from ‘American’ late Eighties Whitesnake, Hurricane, Dokken to Thin Lizzy and Gary Moore. "(SUBWAY TO SALLY BIOGRAPHY)"
"Subway to Sally is a German folk metal band founded in Potsdam in the early 1990s. Their music has clear folk and medieval influences, later also adding Gothic and metal elements. With their continuous inclusion of oriental sounds and elements of classical music and the use of instruments seldom seen in metal bands such as bagpipes, shawm, violin, hurdy-gurdy and lute, Subway to Sally has acquired the label of medieval metal. The very first concert given by Subway to Sally was held in September 1990. The band then consisted of Ingo Hampf, Bodenski, Simon, Coni (trumpet) and Guido (drums). Their first appearance onstage was given in the Potsdamer "Stube" in January 1992, in the constellation with which they later recorded their first album (Album 1994). With the group deciding on needing a fiddle to complete the sound, they brought Frau Schmitt (Silke Volland) to the band, who in turn introduced them to Eric Fish (Erik Hecht) on bagpipes. In their early years, Subway to Sally played Irish/Scottish-inspired folk rock, Their second album, released in 1995 and aptly named MCMXCV (1995), saw a mixture of biblical-inspired lyrics and what is often referred to as medieval music. Three major changes can be noted with the release of MCMXCV: the appearance of German lyrics moving up from the piper to being the frontman and main singer, and translated folk songs, , adapted to fit the band's style. Between 1994 and 1997, the band rapidly released four albums With the 5th album Hochzeit, the band broke their habits and spent more time on album production, leading to a more polished sound. This paid off with another chart placement, as the album made it to number 19 in the official charts. The sound of Hochzeit is very much continued with the next studio album, Herzblut, In 2003, the album Engelskrieger was released. Subway to Sally had grown up, met up with the real world and made a deeply disturbing record, dealing with modern issues on modern terms. The song Wenn Engel hassen ("When angels hate") from Herzblut can be said to explore the same terrain that Geist des Kriegers ("Spirit/Ghost of the warrior") does, dealing with an individual running amok. Other songs deal with incest, euthanasia, leaders who mislead their people, and the general fall and corruption of Western society. Engelskrieger entered the German charts at number 9, and the band once more toured extensively. Pätsch left the band to pursue another musical direction with the Blue Man Group in Berlin. Subway to Sally then spent half a year looking for a replacement before finally deciding on Simon Michael Schmitt to replace Pätsch. The recording of the new album was already finished by the time "Tiny Simon" joined the band. Despite being very pleased with the outcome of Engelskrieger, the band made no secret of it being a one-off and a return to the more conventional "Sally-Sound" with the next studio recording. Nord Nord Ost was released in 2005 The album debuted at number 5 in the official charts, the highest chart placement the band has seen to date. On 19 October 2007, their album Bastard was released In 2009 Kreuzfeuer was released followed 2 years later by Schwarz in Schwarz ("Black in Black") Mitgift ("Dowry") released in 2014, and in 2019 Hey! Himmelfahrt (Ascension Day) was released in 2023 "

"(STRYKEN BIOGRAPHY)"
"Stryken (originally known as Stryker) was a 1980s Christian heavy metal/hard rock band based in the north Austin, Texas suburb of Cedar Park. Using stage names, the group consisted of Dale Streiker (vocals, lead guitar), Stephen Strieker (vocals, rhythm guitar), Joey Knight (drums), and Ezekiel Vade (bass guitar). Often characterized as a mere clone of Stryper (another more prominent Christian metal band popular at the time), Stryken issued several releases on their own private label, Crystal Records, including the 1986 12" single with the tracks, "Rock On" and "Surprise", and the 1987 full-length album, First Strike (which has since been reissued with previously unreleased material). The band's lyrics made prominent use of Biblical verses such as the anthemic song, "Crush the Head of Satan", which was a reference to the Old Testament prophetical verse of Genesis 3:15 and the New Testament verse of Romans 16:20. Many believed that the song's figuratively violent lyrics promoted actual physical violence which the band did not deny but rather affirmed with the statement that any such violence was "well directed" In June 1987, the members of Stryken were detained by police after disrupting a Mötley Crüe concert in San Antonio, Texas. Carrying a large wooden cross and clad in full body armor (inspired by the theological teaching of the "Armor of God" as found in the sixth chapter of the New Testament book, Ephesians), Stryken first proselytized concertgoers outside of the venue and then proceeded inside to the front of the stage. After being detained by police, the band was released without charges. The members of Stryken all used stage names to conceal their true identities. One of the members of Stryken, stage name, Stephen Streiker, (birth name, Stephen Hopkins) has gone on to "repent" of his career in "Christian rock", which he now refers to as, "a contradiction of terms". Today Hopkins serves as an elder and pastor of a "family-integrated" reformed Baptist church in Burnet, Texas, and is the father of sixteen children. He also authored the book, The Cult of Jabez, and the falling away of the church in America. "

"(CHRISSY STEELE BIOGRAPHY)"
"Born Christina Southern, Chrissy Steele is a Canadian vocalist currently living on Vancouver Island. Steele's early years were spent singing classical and folk music. At the age of 19, she joined her first band, Room Service, in 1984 where she performed in various rock clubs and on TV in the CBC competition Rock Wars, which was televised nationally. A year later, she accepted a gig playing with the hard rock band Reform School. The band gave her a foundation as a front person playing with several bands including Blu, and the first incarnation of the Chrissy Steele Band In 1989, Brian MacLeod invited her to join his band Headpins, which had been looking for a new singer since Darby Mills left the band in 1986. However, with the rest of the original Headpins having moved on to other projects, MacLeod instead decided to record a new album with Steele. The majority of songs were written by Brian MacLeod and Tim Feehan. MacLeod and Steele, With an introduction to New York Chrysalis executives John Sykes (President) and Joe Keiner (CEO), and flying out to see the band live, Macleod and Steele were signed to a multi-million multi-album record deal. Sadly, during production of the album and a warm-up tour, MacLeod became ill, and after the release of the album, he succumbed to cancer on April 25, 1992. During his illness and incapacitation, it was thought best by the label for Steele to continue on as a solo artist after signing with the American branch of the label Chrysalis. The album, Magnet to Steele, was released in 1991 and spawned the hit singles "Love You 'Til It Hurts" and "Love Don't Last Forever". With a touring band consisting of Joe Wowk (replacing Brian MacLeod) on guitars, Tim Webster on keyboards, Anton Vogt on bass and Rick Fedyk on drums, Steele supported the album first playing with Bryan Adams in Revelstoke in 1991, then with a cross-Canada tour as an opening act for Bryan Adams, and in the United States as an opener for Jethro Tull's entire Catfish Rising American Tour. In addition to her Juno nomination for Most Promising Female Vocalist, Magnet to Steele was a nominee for Rock Album of the Year. After the album had run its course commercially, her record label flew her to Los Angeles to record demos for her follow-up album, but Steele felt the material wasn't a good fit. She was no longer comfortable with the "sexpot biker-chick" image she was being marketed under, but instead wanted to adopt a more introspective and adult style. With grunge dominating the airwaves, her label waning, and it being bought out by the Chrysalis Group, Steele took her cue and decided to put the music business on the back burner for a while. She performed a few isolated concert dates with a new all-female backing band in Quebec City and Montreal in 1994 and sang guest vocals on Feehan's 1996 album Pray for Rain, but by 1997 onwards, she was working as a graphic designer and communications professional in Victoria, B.C. As of 2022, Steele is currently working on new songs with Harlequin's original writer and guitarist Glen Willows, and her brother Bryan Southern. Her first single "Insidious" was released on all the major streaming platforms on October 15, 2021. "

"(CLIFF RICHARD BIOGRAPHY)"
"Sir Cliff Richard OBE (born Harry Rodger Webb; 14 October 1940) is an English singer who holds both British and Barbadian citizenship. He has total sales of over 21.5 million singles in the United Kingdom and is the third-top-selling artist in UK Singles Chart history, behind the Beatles and Elvis Presley. Richard was originally marketed as a rebellious rock and roll singer in the style of Presley and Little Richard. With his backing group, the Shadows, he dominated the British popular music scene in the pre-Beatles period of the late 1950s to early 1960s. His 1958 hit single "Move It" is often described as Britain's first authentic rock and roll song. In the early 1960s, he had a prosperous screen career with films including The Young Ones, Summer Holiday and Wonderful Life and his own television show at the BBC. Increased focus on his Christian faith and subsequent softening of his music led to a more middle-of-the-road image, and he sometimes ventured into contemporary Christian music. In a career spanning nearly 65 years, Richard has amassed several gold and platinum discs and awards, including two Ivor Novello Awards and three Brit Awards. More than 130 of his singles, albums, and EPs have reached the UK Top 20, more than any other artist. Richard has had 67 UK top ten singles, the second highest total for an artist (behind Presley). He holds the record, with Presley, as the only act to make the UK singles charts in all of its first six decades (1950s–2000s). He has achieved 14 UK No. 1 singles, and is the only singer to have had a No. 1 single in the UK in each of five consecutive decades. He also had four UK Christmas No. 1 singles, two of which were as a solo artist; "Mistletoe and Wine" and "Saviour's Day". Richard has sold more than 250 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time. He has never achieved the same popularity in the United States despite eight US Top 40 singles, including the million-selling "Devil Woman" and "We Don't Talk Anymore". In Canada, he had a successful period in the early 1960s, the late 1970s and early 1980s, with some releases certified gold and platinum. He has remained a popular music, film, and television personality at home in the UK as well as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Northern Europe and Asia, and retains a following in other countries. When not touring, he divides his time between Barbados and Portugal. In 2019, he relocated to New York. "

"(FEUERSCHWANZ BIOGRAPHY)"
"Feuerschwanz was created as a comedic counterpart to the German medieval rock/metal scene that, according to the band, was taking itself too seriously. They originally played medieval folk, but gradually integrated more rock and metal influences into their sound over time. The actual idea for "Medieval Folk Comedy" came to Peter Henrici as early as 2000. He found a large part of the medieval scene to be too humorless and taboo and decided to found a parody band in the tradition of JBO . The realization of the plans began when Tobias Heindl, the violinist of the folk-rock band Fiddler's Green , heard the first material and became enthusiastic about it. So the two founded the band Feuerschwanz together with bassist Andre Linke. All three gave themselves pseudonyms for the project: "Captain Feuerschwanz" (Henrici), "Walther von der Vögelweide" (Heindl) and "Eysye" (Linke). . In November 2005 the first album Prima Nocte was released. [10] In June 2007, the second album was released under the title Met und Miezen , on which former members also participated as guest musicians. The band's fourth studio album, entitled Wunsch ist Wunsch, was released on March 18, 2011 and reached number 95 in the German album charts. This was followed by a tour of Germany and Austria. On August 31, 2012, the fifth studio album Walhalligalli was released , which entered the German album charts at number 37. On April 25, 2014, the band gave their 10th anniversary concert in the E-Werk Erlangen, which was sold out after a short time. In May 2015, the band was uninvited from the Fairytale Festival , organized by the AStA of the University of Osnabrück, to prevent "security-endangering protests". The band had been accused of misogynist and sexist texts, and the AStA's compromise proposals were rejected by autonomous departments . The band reacted with incomprehension and outrage and emphasized the satirical aspect of their texts. She also spoke of "incredible allegations" and a restriction of artistic freedom. Feuerschwanz reserved the right to take legal action for character assassination and defamation. In August 2016, Feuerschwanz released their seventh studio album, Sex is Muss . The title of the album and individual songs and text passages should definitely be seen as an answer to the above allegations. The eighth studio album Methämmer was released in 2018 . As the band's most successful album to date, it reached number 6 in the German charts. In May 2020, the band released a song with English lyrics for the first time as an advance excerpt from the ninth album The Eleventh Commandment, which was released a little later, with a cover version of I See Fire , The tenth studio album Memento Mori ( Latin: "Be aware of mortality" ) was released on December 30, 2021. The album reached first place in the German album charts immediately after its release. "

"(CHRISTINE McVIE BIOGRAPHY)"
"Christine Anne Perfect or better known as Christine McVie was born on July 12th, 1943. Christine took classical music lessons from a youngster until the age of 15, when she heard Fats Domino which transformed her musical interest from classical music to rock n' roll. At collage christine joined a small blues band called "Shades Of Blue" in which she played bass, also in her spare she would sing with Spencer Davis. In 1968 she was invited to play keyboards/piano and sing backround vocals in the band Chicken Shack, a blues band which had difficulty finding mainstream success. Christine stayed with Chicken Shack for 2 albums and together they scored the top 10 British hit "I'd Rather Go Blind" with Christine on lead vocals. . Christine left Chicken Shack in 1969 after meeting Fleetwood Mac bassist John McVie. Encouraged to continue her career, she recorded a solo album, Christine Perfect, As Christine McVie, she joined Fleetwood Mac in 1970, just after marrying Fleetwood Mac bass guitarist John McVie. . McVie quickly became an essential member of the group, and the author of some of its finest songs. The early '70s was a rocky time for the band, with only the albums Mystery To Me and Bare Trees scoring any successes, . John McVie's alcohol drinking became unbearable; Christine had an affair with a music producer, and she nearly left John and the band to make a solo album with her lover. However, he went back to his spouse, so she did the same. In 1974, Christine McVie moved with the rest of the band to the US . Within a year, Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham of Buckingham Nicks joined the band. Their first album together, 1975's Fleetwood Mac, had several hit songs, with McVie's "Over My Head" and "Say You Love Me" both reaching Billboard's top-20 singles chart. In 1976, McVie began an on-the-road affair with the band's lighting director, which inspired her to write "You Make Loving Fun", a top-10 hit on the landmark smash Rumours, one of the best-selling albums of all-time. Her biggest hit was "Don't Stop", which climbed all the way to #3 . By the end of the Rumours tour, the McVies had divorced. The 1979 double album Tusk produced three more top-20 hits ("Tusk," "Sara," and "Think About Me). The group reunited three years later to record Mirage, which contained the top-5 hit "Hold Me". McVie's inspiration for the song was her tortured relationship with Beach Boys member Dennis Wilson who drowned in an accident a few years later, breaking McVie's heart. In 1984, McVie decided to take a risk and to record a solo album. She created hits with the songs "Got a Hold on Me" (Top 10 pop and #1 adult contemporary) and "Love Will Show Us How". She also met keyboardist Eddy Quintela , whom she married in October 1986. They divorced a decade later. In the meantime, they wrote several songs together, two of which, "Little Lies" and "As Long As You Follow," became hits for Fleetwood Mac. She rejoined Fleetwood Mac to record the Tango in the Night album. She had one of her hits, and one of the more widely played songs of the era, "Little Lies". In 1990 the band, , recorded Behind the Mask, but the sales were sluggish and the singles were only marginally successful. . Upon the death of her father, McVie made the decision to retire from touring altogether. , McVie remained loyal to Mick Fleetwood and her former husband, recording five songs for the band's 1995 effort Time. The album, was a flop. The members of the band seemed to have gone their separate ways until Christine McVie, John McVie, Mick Fleetwood, and Lindsey Buckingham got together again for one of Lindsey Buckingham's solo projects. They persuaded Christine to record and tour with them one last time. The live album, 1997's The Dance, went to #1 on the charts. McVie then performed for the group's 1998 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as well as the Grammy Awards show, and the Brit Awards. Thereafter, she retired from Fleetwood Mac altogether. In the years after The Dance, Christine McVie stepped out of public view almost completely Mid-2004 saw the release of McVie's new solo album, . Prior to her death on 30 November 2022 at the age of 79 (after a short illness), McVie lived in the south of England and rarely left her countryside home. "

"(HOLE BIOGRAPHY)"
"Hole was an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1989. It was founded by singer Courtney Love and guitarist Eric Erlandson. It had several different bassists and drummers, the most prolific being drummer Patty Schemel, and bassists Kristen Pfaff (d. 1994) and Melissa Auf der Maur. Hole released a total of four studio albums between two incarnations spanning the 1990s and early-2010s and became one of the most commercially successful rock bands in history fronted by a woman. Influenced by Los Angeles' punk rock scene, the band's debut album, Pretty on the Inside (1991), was produced by Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth, and attracted critical interest from British and American alternative press. Their second album, Live Through This, released 1994 by DGC Records, which featured less aggressive melodies and more restrained lyrical content, was widely acclaimed and reached platinum status within a year of its release. Their third album, Celebrity Skin (1998), marked a notable departure from their earlier punk influences, boasting a more commercially viable sound; the album sold around 2 million copies worldwide, and earned them significant critical acclaim. They disbanded in 2002, and the members individually pursued other projects. Eight years later in 2010, Hole was reformed by Love with new members, despite Erlandson's claim that the reformation breached a mutual contract he had with her. The reformed band released the album Nobody's Daughter (2010), which was conceived as Love's second solo album. In 2013, Love retired the Hole name, releasing new material and touring as a solo artist. Hole received several accolades, including four Grammy Award nominations. They were also commercially successful, selling over three million records in the United States alone, and had a far-reaching influence on contemporary female artists. Music and feminist scholars have also recognized the band as the most high-profile musical group of the 1990s to discuss gender issues in their songs, due to Love's aggressive and violent lyrical content, which often addressed themes of body image, abuse, and sexual exploitation. "(West, Bruce & Laing (WBL) BIOGRAPHY)"
"West, Bruce & Laing (WBL) were a Scottish–American blues rock power trio super-group formed in 1972 by Leslie West (guitar and vocals; formerly of Mountain), Jack Bruce (bass, harp, keyboards and vocals; ex-Cream), and Corky Laing (drums and vocals; ex-Mountain). The trio agreed to work together in London in January 1972 near the end of Mountain’s 1971–72 European tour supporting their album Flowers of Evil (1971), after Mountain’s bassist/vocalist/producer Felix Pappalardi announced he would leave the band at the tour’s end. (Pappalardi had, by late 1971, become addicted to heroin.) Pappalardi had produced all but one of Cream's albums, and occasionally also performed with them in the studio. Subsequently, as Mountain's producer, Pappalardi would fashion his new band's sound after that of Cream, in particular scoring a 1970 hit with a cover version of Bruce’s song "Theme for an Imaginary Western" Upon signing with CBS, WBL began work on their first album, Why Dontcha (November 1972). The album took longer than expected to complete, in part from inefficiency due to drug use by the band and their production team; upon its delivery to the label, CBS was dissatisfied with the album's quality and did not heavily promote it. In spite of this, however, Why Dontcha performed respectably in the marketplace, peaking at #26 on the Billboard album chart and staying on the chart for twenty weeks. WBL continued to tour North America and Europe extensively during late 1972 and early 1973 in support of Why Dontcha. However, the band's heavy drug use hurt their performances, and apparently at times even influenced their tour schedule. The band took a break from touring in the spring of 1973 to record a second studio album, Whatever Turns You On, in London. The sessions became contentious – they became "really nasty because of the smack" according to the album's co-producer Andy Johns. The album was released in July 1973, peaking at #87 on the Billboard chart. The Whatever Turns You On sessions would be the last time West, Bruce & Laing would work together. However, news of the band’s breakup would be publicly withheld until early 1974, with the band’s posthumous live album Live 'n' Kickin' released shortly thereafter. Following the breakup of WBL, West and Laing would again reform Mountain in 1985 (without Pappalardi, who died in 1983), and sporadically played together in the band until 2010. Jack Bruce resumed a solo career after WBL's demise and sadly died in 2014. In 2009 West and Laing teamed up with Jack Bruce's son, Malcolm Bruce, and toured as West, Bruce Jr. and Laing. Leslie West died in 2020, leaving Corky Laing as WBL's only surviving member."

"Page and Plant (also known as Jimmy Page & Robert Plant) was an English rock band active between 1994 and 1998. The group consisted of guitarist Jimmy Page and vocalist Robert Plant (both formerly of English rock band Led Zeppelin), accompanied by bassist Charlie Jones and drummer Michael Lee. Formed in 1994 for an MTV Unplugged reunion, Page and Plant released the platinum-selling live album No Quarter, featuring both new material and middle eastern-influenced covers of classic Led Zeppelin songs. The initial plans for a reunion were made in 1993, with discussions between the two of collaborating emerging from casual small talk and then an invitation to perform on MTV Unplugged Following the success of the live album, they embarked on a world tour featuring a full orchestra. In 1998, Page and Plant released Walking into Clarksdale, comprising entirely new material and featuring the Grammy Award-winning single "Most High". Walking into Clarksdale was certified gold with over 500,000 copies sold. Despite the critical acclaim for "Most High", the album received mixed reviews from critics and was not as commercially successful as 1994's platinum-certified No Quarter. Following the album's release, they embarked on a second world tour before disbanding at the end of 1998. The band reunited for a final performance in 2001. "

"John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 3 December 1948)is an English singer, songwriter, and television personality. He rose to prominence during the 1970s as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath, during which period he adopted the nickname "Prince of Darkness". Osbourne was fired from Black Sabbath in 1979 due to alcohol and drug problems, but went on to have a successful solo career, releasing 13 studio albums, the first seven of which received multi-platinum certifications in the US. Osbourne has since reunited with Black Sabbath on several occasions. He rejoined in 1997 and helped record the group's final studio album, 13 (2013), before they embarked on a farewell tour that ended with a February 2017 performance in their hometown, Birmingham. His longevity and success have earned him the informal title "Godfather of Metal". Osbourne's total album sales from his years in Black Sabbath, combined with his solo work, are over 100 million. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Black Sabbath and into the UK Music Hall of Fame as a solo artist and as a member of the band. He has been honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Birmingham Walk of Stars. At the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards, he received the Global Icon Award. In 2015, Osbourne received the Ivor Novello Award for Lifetime Achievement from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors. In the early 2000s, Osbourne became a reality television star, appearing as himself in the MTV reality show The Osbournes alongside wife and manager Sharon and two of their three children, Kelly and Jack. He co-stars with Jack and Kelly in the television series Ozzy & Jack's World Detour. The show's third season debuted in June 2018. Over and above all his achievements the Prince of Darkness also made a name for himself as one mean duet-singer taking up the role of guest star on other artists' work Ozzy rarely shied away from collaborating with other musicians. Still, his mastery over the underrated (in the rock & metal world, at least) art of singing duets has spawned some rather unique songs. Tonight we will take a deeper look into some of these iconic Ozzy Osbourne duets. "

ROCKSTORY
"(PHIL CAMBELL & the BASTARD SONS BIOGRAPHY)"
"Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons is a Welsh rock band established in 2016 by longtime Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell, following the 2015 death of Motörhead frontman Lemmy. After the inevitable disbandment of Motörhead, Campbell announced he was working on a solo album, recording with a plethora of guest artists including Rob Halford, Joe Satriani, and Slipknot percussionist Chris Fehn. Around the same time, he formed a new band, Phil Campbell & the Bastard Sons. Alongside former Attack! Attack! vocalist Neil Starr, the group featured Campbell's three actual sons: guitarist Todd, bassist Tyla, and drummer Dane. While still very much in an old-school rock vein, the new band's material was more stylistically varied than Motörhead's. In November 2016 the band released their first recording, a self-titled EP. The band has subsequently performed in supporting slots with Hawkwind, Guns N' Roses, Saxon and Airbourne. In August 2017, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons announced that they were to start recording their debut album. On 26 October 2017, Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons announced the title of the debut album as The Age Of Absurdity, which was released on 26 January 2018 on Nuclear Blast Records. The album was produced by Romesh Dodangoda. At the 2018 Metal Hammer Awards ceremony in Germany, it won Best Debut Album. The band's line up for the album features Phil and his three sons, together with former Attack! Attack! vocalist from South Wales Neil Starr. On 21 April 2018, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons released a cover of "Silver Machine" for Record Store Day. The track was previously available as a bonus track on some CD versions of The Age of Absurdity. The band completed a headlining tour of the UK and Europe in the winter of 2018. On 4 September 2020, the band announced on social media that a new album We're the Bastards would be released on 13 November via Nuclear Blast. The album has been recorded during the Corona virus lockdown and was recorded and produced by Todd Campbell in Wales and mixed by Soren Anderson. Vocalist Neil Starr said: "It's definitely great to know that we have an audience now. We know there are people that want to hear it, but the truth is that we just had fun with it. Once again, we made the record we wanted to make and it's been really exciting. It was awesome to take our minds off everything and just concentrate on recording a kick ass album for the fans to enjoy." On 2 June 2021, the band announced they had parted ways with vocalist Neil Starr. On 18 January 2022 the band announced that Joel Peters had been made a permanent member of the band. "
